Hi there! I'm a senior product designer working at the intersection of service design and complex systems. At HelloFresh, I work with enterprise platforms and processes where clarity, structure, and scale are important, and design internal tools / workflows that support millions of customer-facing experiences.
I care deeply about human-centered design, but apply it at a systems level: turning ambiguity into structure and fragile processes into reliable platforms.
Outside of work, I teach fitness classes, enjoy long phone-free walks in the park, and am always seeking out my next meal spot! Currently reading *Why We Sleep* by Matthew Walker.
